- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in positions of responsibility within maintenance.

- Conduct periodic inspections in guest rooms, public areas, and service areas.
- Coordinate and supervise facility renovation, improvement, or renewal projects.
- Ensure rapid resolution of incidents affecting hotel operations.
- Lead, organize, and develop the maintenance team.
- Plan schedules, shifts, and task assignments.
- Evaluate staff performance and identify training needs.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental legislation.
- Supervise fire protection systems and emergency plans.
- Keep mandatory inspections and technical certifications up to date.
- Ensure compliance with the company's established safety standards.
- Prepare and control the department's annual budget.
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and external service companies.
- Control inventories of tools, spare parts, and materials.
- Identify opportunities for energy savings and cost optimization.
- Implement energy-efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor water, electricity, and fuel consumption.
- Promote environmentally responsible practices.
- A university degree in Engineering.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or tourist complexes.
