Requirements
- 2+ years of demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management experience
- B2B start-up experience is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, and additional paid channels, having managed and tracked progress to achieve business goals is a must
- Experience with chatbots, direct mail/gifting platforms, or other comparable tools are nice-to-have
- Strong analytical skills - you'll know your way around numbers and are able to make assessments of performance and subsequent recommendations around what you think we should be doing next
- A testing mindset - you'll be a creative problem solver, always on the lookout for new campaign types and channels to test to reach our target audiences, then learn and improve
- ABM experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and manage one-to-many paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn
- Identify and test new paid channels
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with leads and customers
- Collaborate with the Content team to create compelling content for demand generation campaigns
- Optimize landing pages and website conversion rates to maximize lead generation
- Analyze and report on campaigns KPIs like marketing qualified leads, conversion rates, and pipeline created to identify areas for improvement
- In collaboration with the Sr Manager of Demand Gen, identify and work with third-party vendors to execute innovative programs and tactics-digital, webinars, virtual and in-person events, syndication, sponsorships-that build interest among our target audience and deliver qualified leads
