  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in business operations or sales operations
  • Self-motivation, team-orientation, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to recommend a plan, anticipate and handle objections, influence stakeholders, and execute
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Project management certification is a plus (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
  • Comfort and confidence with the handling of self-defense products is plus
Responsibilities
  • Support the development of annual sales plans and budgets
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales forecasts for consumer goods, incorporating historical data, market trends, promotional activities, and other relevant factors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment on forecast targets
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable recommendations to improve forecast accuracy
  • Communicate forecasts and insights to key stakeholders, including sales leadership, marketing teams, and executive management.
  • Manage several projects related to product management and go-to-market
  • Travel up to 10% of the time
