Requirements
  • 3-5 years prior experience with full-cycle recruiting in fast-growing, SaaS companies
  • Track record of hiring in the US, at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, organized and positive
  • Collaborative and team player
  • Located or willing to work EST
Responsibilities
  • Full cycle recruiting, from source to close!
  • Develop recruitment materials and processes. We are growing quickly and looking for builders
  • Collaborate with Glia Marketing and People to promote career opportunities in creative ways
  • Source candidates to build a top-notch candidate pool. You'll go beyond Linkedin and emails to find the unicorn candidate
  • Attend virtual events and develop strong partnerships to network and to promote the Glia team
  • Consult hiring managers through the recruiting process. You both support and challenge the team
  • Guide candidates through the interview process with a white glove experience
  • Constantly improve the hiring process and tools to create a more effective and efficient hiring team
  • Driven to create an equitable recruiting processes that is centered around Glia's Diversity and Inclusion commitment
