Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in an analytical role
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment

Responsibilities
  • Support the field in providing weekly reporting and analysis for all digital channels. (Pickup, Delivery, Catering)
  • Support in developing, monitoring and driving a deeper understanding of our KPIs across the digital business and help create resource materials that improve our offsite processes
  • Work cross-functionally to continuously improve our weekly sales forecasts
  • Identify, prioritize, structure, and make recommendations on an array of complex business problems, using analytics and business judgment to provide options to present to Operations for decision making
  • You will spend time in the field to test these recommendations and work alongside field leaders to identify areas of opportunity and improve processes to optimize our offsite business
  • Translate strategy into specific business initiatives and develop tools to measure and evaluate them
  • Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve processes using qualitative and quantitative data
  • Partner with functions including finance, tech, operations, supply chain, real estate, and marketing to support our growth as we expand into new markets and business lines
  • Create what-if-analyses to assess the impact of business opportunities on our long-term goals, providing insightful decision bases for senior management
  • Maintain and quantify risks and opportunities in business performance and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis
Desired Qualifications
  • A strong expertise in Excel and Powerpoint (familiarity with visualization software - e.g. Looker or Tableau - a )
