  • Bachelors degree in STEM with 7 years of engineering experience; OR Masters degree is STEM with 5 years of engineer experience.
  • Experience working with a diverse team of engineers and program personnel
  • Demonstrated mentoring and coaching skills
  • Must have the ability to obtain/maintain a DOD Secret/SCI clearance
