Requirements
- Expert in administering Rational tools, including Rational Team Concert (RTC) and other IBM Jazz CLM tools.
- Experience with tool version upgrades, tool migrations, and tool/server performance tuning.
- Proficiency in scripting for automation.
- Experience in automating desktop tool deployment.
Responsibilities
- Function as an expert in administering Rational tools, including upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with the tool process team and the Continuous Modernization Center of Excellence (CMCoE) team to configure the tools to follow industry best practices and Standards of Management for listed systems.
- Configure and manage tools for Bridges, MiBridges, Integrated Service Delivery Portal, ISD Portal components (including ISD Portal, ISD Contact Center, ISD Universal Case Load), MiSACWIS, MiCSES, Business System Integration (BSI), Oracle Data Store (ODS), SIGMA, HUB, and CHAMPS.
