  • Understand the ServiceNow platform and how different products provide meaningful analytics for executives to monitor and drive decisions in addition to Strategic Portfolio Management
  • Understand similarities, trends, and differences across different organizations and industries to create a product that leads executives to successfully using the new product
  • Ability to meet with CIO's and other executives to understand their viewpoints, communicate the strategy and product roadmap, listen, learn, and get feedback
  • Present and get feedback on designs and prototypes
