ANALYST LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:
DaVita’s Leadership Development Program, internally called the "Redwoods Program," provides an unparalleled development experience. Participants are challenged with maximum responsibility and executive exposure. You will receive training that will empower your development into a great leader as well as mentorship from senior management. As a participant in the program, you will find the professional experience intense and the personal experience enriching.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Redwoods Analyst Leadership Development Program is designed to expose you to the business and operational cornerstones that make DaVita the leading healthcare provider that it is today. You will receive intentional, upfront, and ongoing training consisting of both hard and soft skills. This includes a series of heavy analytical trainings around modeling, finance, and structured analysis as well opportunities to build your professional communication style. In addition to their full-time role, participants have an opportunity to manage a cross-functional project in the business to expand their skill set. Frequent coaching sessions and two formal mentor relationships provide opportunities for candid feedback and continued growth. The goal is to support your development in becoming a strong DaVita teammate with leadership potential.

In addition to mentorship, executive exposure and skill-building trainings, the curriculum includes:
- A rich cohort experience, with a start group of over 20 fellow Analysts from top schools
- Three week intensive training focused on understanding the business and preparing you for your role as analyst. You will have an opportunity to apply the skills learned and present a business case to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with teammates across the Village and within your team
- Participate in personal and professional development sessions throughout the year to enhance your analyst skill set
- Develop your emotional intelligence, or EQ, through training and 360 feedback
- Visit selected DaVita business offices and connect with senior leaders
- Work with cross-functional teams
Qualifications/Skill Requirements (No healthcare background required):

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Salary/ Wage Range
$60,500.00 - $81,900.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
