The Opportunity
Armanino Aspire is our student leadership and early talent identification program designed as career preparation for highly motivated students to help develop you professionally, and personally. Through Aspire, you will explore what a successful and meaningful career in public accounting can look like, specifically at Armanino LLP! After program completion, you will be invited to apply for our client experience internships and engage in opportunities for additional touchpoints with the firm. Our hope is for students to establish the necessary skills and knowledge to feel empowered and ready to dive into your future!
Join us in person for a one-day program at one of our Southern California offices in May 2025.
The deadline to apply is April 11, 2025. Applicants who apply early will be given preference. Application review and interviews will begin in early 2025.
What You Will Do:
Gain exposure to the Armanino brand, culture, and public accounting as a profession.
Experience what life is like at Armanino.
Participate in hands-on learning activities in audit, tax, and consulting, risk assurance, and business management.
Network with partners, professionals, and peers across various Universities.
Discover new skills through personal development exercises.
Create long-term relationships through post-Aspire mentorship program.
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program in accounting, business, information systems, information technology or related degree.
For those interested in Audit and Tax, you must be pursuing CPA eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Final graduation date (including masters, if applicable) between December 2027 and August 2028
