Title: Senior DevSecOps Engineer 
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)
Clearance: Top Secret (SCI eligible)

About this role:

• Rackner is seeking a DevSecOps engineer to build and manage CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes based platforms in AWS GovCloud
• The DevSecOps engineer should be able to build an extensible virtual machine image using Configuration as Code, and managed AWS GovCloud resources using Terraform/Infrastructure As Code (IaC)
• The DevSecOps Engineer will work with all team members to design, develop, build, and update fully automated and self-service capabilities for developers to deploy and manage their approved applications to the DevSecOps Platform and other similar platforms that adhere to the JCWA.

We are seeking professionals with:

• B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 3+ years of experience contributing on a technical team for a software or IT project.
• 3+ years providing technical guidance to more junior team members.
• 2+ years leading a technical team on a software or IT project with proven performance.
• Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility

Nice to have:

• DoD DevSecOps Reference Architecture
• Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kustomize, and Flux
• GitLab
• Big Bang (Istio, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana,Prometheus, Kyverno, etc.)
• Custom Helm Charts, Resource Definitions,Controllers, Operators
• DoD 8570/8140 IASAE Level II certification 
• Experience with DoDPKI, x.509, OIDC, SAML, SSO
• RKE2
