  • Management: Manage, develop, and inspire. You will directly manage a Team of 20-30 part-time remote stylists and ensure your Team is meeting all business goals as well as styling and delighting clients yourself
  • Business Operations: You will own your Team's operational functions including schedule compliance, box completion, time-off/sick time, and hour approvals
  • Training: You will lead All Stylist Calls, host 1:1's for each of your Team members, onboard new Stylists, and create an engaging and rewarding employee experience
  • Coaching: Coach your team members to improve overall Styling success and execute personalized performance plans when needed
  • Interview: Assess new Stylist candidates, conduct interviews, and help in the overall hiring process
  • You're interested in early stage startup experience and growing a company culture
  • You must be flexible, able to wear many hats, and enjoy helping others succeed
