The Role
As a critical organization member, our Sr. Product Marketing Manager will help build the foundation for a world-class product marketing function. Partnering closely with the product, deployment, and customer advocacy teams, you will be responsible for 1) defining and communicating product-market fit, 2) equipping Sales, Marketing, and Customer Advocacy teams with essential competitive insights, positioning, and enablement materials (e.g., user scenarios, case studies, and demo assets), and 3) informing product alignment through market insight and trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
Our ideal candidate will have a combination of strategic product marketing expertise, deep technical and industry knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. We’re looking for an excellent communicator and ambitious self-starter who thrives in the gray area and enjoys building something new in a rapidly growing space.

- You excel at building effective sales messaging that showcases customer success and demonstrates the product’s impact.

- You are data-driven and find opportunities to implement and track key product marketing metrics.

- You have a high clock speed and can ramp quickly on new customers and market landscapes.

- You’re mission-oriented and passionate about serving our customers in the public safety sector and expanding markets.
- You stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in product marketing to continuously improve messaging strategies.
What We Look For
- 5+ years of proven experience in product marketing, particularly at early-stage companies.
- Experience defining and driving product marketing for B2B technology products in complex, fast-moving markets.
- Comfortable building from 0-1 in ambiguity.
- Proactively identify creative opportunities for the business and our customers.
- Ability to prioritize and balance conflicting demands while leading multiple simultaneous P0 projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrating credibility and influence with colleagues at all company levels.
- Located in San Francisco, willing to come into the office 3x/week in a hybrid capacity.
Salary Range: $155,000 - $185,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
