Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or hospitality operations; hotel or luxury environment experience is a strong asset
  • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (SmartRecruiters or similar applicant tracking system) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Manage job postings and requisition creation in our recruitment platform (SmartRecruiters), ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational needs.
  • Screen applications and assess candidates for alignment with role requirements and hotel culture, supporting hiring managers in the early stages of selection.
  • Maintain and track candidate pipelines to ensure timely updates and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and conduct reference and background checks, offer processing, and employment contract preparation for salaried employees (and hourly employees when required due to business levels).
  • Maintain accurate information about the hire-ability of relevant internal and external candidates
  • Manage notifications, endorsement, and approvals of internal candidate applications within property and to other Accor properties
  • Provide support in negotiating employment terms and facilitating internal hiring approvals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide recruitment process guidance and system training where needed.
  • Serve as a key user of SmartRecruiters, acting as the go-to support contact for system troubleshooting and user training.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Regional Talent Acquisition teams to develop and post recruitment content across social media platforms.
  • Organize and attend recruitment events, career fairs, and support the University/College/SWEP program, including logistics and candidate communication.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with Housing and Talent & Culture teams for smooth transitions and onboarding of new colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Talent and Culture and Director, Regional Talent Acquisition in tracking the recruitment and relocation budgets
  • Responsible for the creation, implementation, and updating of recruitment SOPs
  • Ensure that an accurate job description library is updated and maintained
  • Monitor the general recruitment inbox and respond to applicant inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
