In this role you will lead the management, growth and optimization of our collection of partners we collaborate with across our multi brand portfolio of HelloFresh, Chefs Plate and Factor in Canada. We collaborate with many partners through different executions, including but not limited to: buying advertising space within their audience network, launching custom campaigns and/or providing products for executions on the partner’s end. Your role will be to lead the planning, coordination and execution of the partnership portfolios: Gift Cards & Flyers and Barter. You will be responsible for handling the partner relationships, day to day coordination, campaign set up, execution through internal systems and coordinating with internal teams, tracking performance, and working closely with the partners to further improve the programs.
Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will join a Toronto based growth marketing team that is talented and driven. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for
- Own customer acquisition goals by planning, preparing and implementing the marketing plans for all existing partnership programs
- Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities to prospect, build and nurture new partners with business development efforts and outreach activities
- Lead campaign execution by planning, project managing and coordinating with partners on campaign setup: budget, target goals, creative messaging and discount messaging
- Communicate and collaborate with partners in a firm, positive and constructive manner that fosters and nurtures relationships that will help both the business and partners in the long term
- Take ownership of optimizing operations and processes for setting up campaigns and tracking performance
- Own logistics and inventory for partner campaign assets
- Create concise campaign creative briefs to the Brand and Creative teams to help with campaign creatives and iterations
- Support forecasting, budgeting and internal reporting with Growth Marketing Manager and Finance Team
- Work alongside analytical thinkers and be comfortable with tracking, analyzing, reporting on, and presenting results on campaign performance
- All other duties, as assigned
Sound a-peeling? Here’s what we’re looking for
- 2-3 years of business-to-business, client management and/or project management experience and 1-2 years in growth marketing, print media marketing and/or offline marketing
- Superior organizational and relationship building skills to monitor and maintain partnership success
- Excellent and fearless verbal and written communication
- Proven success record of achieving revenue and profit objectives
- Past proven track record on prospecting, negotiating, signing on, and relationship management of external stakeholders, partners, vendors.
- Be comfortable with complexities that may arise and address them with sound judgment and problem solving
- Proactive thinker who recognizes and understands our business strategy
- An analytical driven approach to making sound business and operational decisions
- A strong business acumen and can translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Familiar with and/or willingness to quickly learn: Excel, SQL and reporting tools such as Tableau
