  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in purchasing and or supply chain within the food or related industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and have excellent organization skills
  • Team player; excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
Responsibilities
  • Generate and release Purchase orders to assigned suppliers
  • Manage Order Confirmations to ensure accuracy against the Purchase Orders, including price, quantity (MOQ), delivery date etc.
  • Immediately communicate discrepancies to appropriate supplier
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure appointments are secured
  • Maintain RMA and all retuned merchandise to suppliers for accounting
  • Manage transportation schedules with Mom’s Meals transportation department for inbound purchase orders to ensure inventory for production and fulfillment schedules for all locations
  • Participate in maintaining Vendor Master Contact List with applicable information
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with suppliers and customers via phone, email, and in person

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, and or other related fields
  • Experience with Microsoft D365
