  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or lead responsible for end-to-end product or solution delivery.
  • Experience with B2B, B2C, or P2P Recipient Services preferred.
  • Experience with consumer/mobile apps preferred.
  • Understanding of agile development lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and social skills to work optimally with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
  • Shape and implement the product strategy for Recipient Services (Mobile App and Recipient website).
  • Establish and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches.
  • Define project scopes, participate in sprint reviews, and communicate progress, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Partner with the sales team to convey partner limitations and explore potential strategies.
  • Align development efforts with client needs to synchronize adoption with operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with client and sales teams to promote Recipient Services to potential first movers.
  • Drive product launch activities and develop sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with the pricing team to select supply chain partners and establish pricing strategies.
  • Lead and champion the successful launch and execution of initiatives.
  • Guarantee that contract terms and client requirements are in sync with operational preparedness.
  • Communicate development progress, timelines, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate potential enhancements to increase client adoption.
  • Translate contractual requirements to workstream achievements, report on progress, and communicate with vital team members.
  • Develop proposals for candidate projects in line with growth strategy.
