  • Extensive experience working in a large global organisation
  • Managing complex Windows and intune enterprise environments (5+ years preferred)
  • Expertise in deploying, and maintaining MDM systems for Windows and Mobile
  • Intune SME
  • Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and its Enterprise configurations
  • Experience operating in a support framework with Microsoft Premier Support agreements
  • Scripting for Windows management, configuration & application deployment
  • Microsoft Office 365 & Microsoft Defender experience
  • Okta and its associated workflows, such as FastPass.
  • ServiceNow Integrations
  • BYOD and MAM Workflows
  • Strong analytical capabilities – ability to review raw data to identify patterns and meaningful interpretation.
  • Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and vendor landscape; ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
  • Ability to translate business needs into Infrastructure technology and service requirements. Good organisation skills to manage multiple workloads simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in vendor management with large outsource vendors and contracts.
Responsibilities
  • To work with the Information Security teams to maximise the security of policies and solutions and provide support for any ongoing remediations or investigations
  • Take the technical lead in Global Transformation as WPP’s operating structures and brands shift over time.
  • Product support as part of third-line/fourth-line support resolver group for these products globally, optimising, monitoring and addressing security vulnerabilities
  • Global product lifecycle management, aligned to the Architecture roadmap informed by product, user and data insights where available
  • Drive the maximum possible level of automation and instrumentation of the development lifecycle for in-scope products
  • Liaise with other SME’s in other areas to ideate and co-ordinate common process and standards
  • Drive adoption of secure by design, engineering and agile practices as defined by Platforms and Transformation CoPs
  • Liaise with engineering communities to optimise ways of working with this product
  • Support innovation and horizon scanning for strategic and emerging technologies.
