Business Data Analyst

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Provides creative analysis to support alternatives and recommendations on how to reduce incident rates and exposures to improve the safety performance of the company.
• Develops and maintains analytical tools utilizing data to identify opportunities for improvement, effectively eliminate safety hazards from our work. Communicates these opportunities with the appropriate leadership group.
• Develops Key Performance Indicators at various levels.
• Understands corporate goals, strategy and objectives and delivers department centric analytics that support goals.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or relevant field.
• Three years business analytics experience.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

• Construction experience and/or knowledge preferred.
• Ability to become proficient with the company’s BI/Dashboard and reporting software.
