Requirements
  • 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably in operational/coordination role
  • Experience with HRIS
  • Proficiency in English, another European language will be an advantage
  • Strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with vLookups, pivot tables, etc.
  • Previous HR experience of supporting EMEA, desired by not essential
Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding process of EMEA new hires (incl. processing on HRIS), ensuring all is ready for new hire’s Day 1.
  • Ensure employment background check and right to work checks are completed on time and compliantly;
  • Be the main point of contact for EMEA for all HRIS (SuccessFactors) changes and updates requests, including full maintenance of employees’ electronic file records;
  • Manage offboarding processes;
  • Administer HR-related documentation/letters to employees in a timely and consistent manner;
  • Daily management of HR Operation inbox to respond and resolve queries from employees, HR and other internal departments, vendors and suppliers, ensuring queries are referred to relevant colleagues (where required);
  • Maintain employee-facing HR Hub portal;
  • Assist in running ad-hoc reports, periodic dashboards and quarterly reports to assist with data analytics;
  • Collaborate with various supporting departments- IT, Payroll, Office Management etc.
  • Manage all sensitive data with strict confidentiality, care and in a compliant manner;
  • Maintain HR related data in an organized and methodological manner;
  • Support other HR operational work as required
