Requirements
  • At least 10 years’ experience in social media management, employee advocacy, and executive social media support, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies and leading and managing social and digital programs.
  • Possess expert-level proficiency in social media platforms and inherent curiosity about emerging platforms. Should be willing to experiment with cutting-edge platforms and techniques and explain the 'why this matters' to client at a strategic level.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across departments to achieve strategic alignment and cohesive messaging.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to creating high-quality, engaging content.
  • Have experience leveraging social media analytics and working with an analytics team to measure campaign ROI and generate insights that inform future recommendations and decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the digital content strategy lead for a major automotive client.
  • Become an expert on our client’s business and how their communications objectives help achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, actionable social media strategies that align with the client’s communication objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external agency teams to develop and implement integrated media strategy, media planning and program execution.
  • Works autonomously on POVs and thought leadership pieces for internal and external communications (clients and industry).
  • Oversee daily operations and content for client’s corporate social media channels, ensuring timely and consistent publishing.
  • Approve and manage publishing plans and content, maintaining high standards of quality and alignment with client’s brand voice.
  • Manage and create content for the client employee social advocacy program, adapting internal stories and external content for social sharing to drive employee engagement.
  • Analyze and optimize advocacy performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic social media support to communications leads, including content creation and platform training for executives.
  • Ensure excellence in executive social media by aligning efforts with client’s communication goals and enhancing executive presence across social platforms.
  • Identify and develop proactive content ideas that align with current social media trends, ensuring the client’s corporate and internal social channels remain relevant and engaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the agency to generate innovative content that drives brand engagement and reflects client’s commitment to staying ahead of social media trends.
