  • 2+ years in FinTech, InsurTech, and/or commercial insurance industry preferred
  • 2+ years of experience driving quality, scalability, and/or client satisfaction process improvement programs
  • Experience working with vendor partners to accelerate projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Coaching team members and supporting cross-functional efforts for continuous improvement
