  • Sales experience in the temporary power, energy, equipment rental or similar markets
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant position
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets
  • Ability to tactfully lead contract negotiations
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing complex projects and technical sales cycles
Responsibilities
  • Develop new and existing relationships with customers across a range of industries
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and proactively reach out to key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities
  • Present energy solutions to clients, highlighting benefits and value proposition
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Pursue inbound and outbound leads and move them through the sales cycle
