QA Engineer

Job Description

Implement Automated Testing and Testing Suite.

Maintain Test Environment.

Write test cases and execute test scripts, edit and maintain existing test scripts working with product managers and engineering teams to document defects.

Identify issues within scope and schedule and determine solutions. Report and resolve with management teams to implement solution/s.

Work with internal customers to provide technical support.

Get to know and work with customers/users of online platform to solicit feedback.

Work on side projects in support of Development team and for personal growth.

Experience:

Written comprehensive test cases and detailed steps to reproduce defects.

Involvement or experience in product release planning.

Ability to handle bugs/problems/patching.

Worked with on a variety of Web and SW applications.

Previous experience with issue tracking systems, specifically JIRA.

Experience with Agile Development methodologies.

Requirements:

Solid working knowledge of Web applications.

Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills.

Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.

BS Degree strongly preferred.
