  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years of Account Management or Industry Experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with multiple ticketing systems
  • 4+ years of experience growing, leading, and managing teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and ticketing innovation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to Directors and their Account Management teams
  • Collaborate with high-profile clients and internal departments

  • Manage business terms in client contracts
  • Drive business development initiatives and plans
  • Oversee client expectations of product deliverables and features
  • Maintain knowledge of technology and product trends
  • Coach, manage, and lead Account Management team members
