Requirements
  • Five to seven years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes and driving consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple roles and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and engage passive talent through market research, Boolean search strategies, and targeted outreach to develop stronger talent pipelines.
  • Experience influencing hiring managers and business leaders using data, market insights, and recruiting expertise to shape hiring strategies and decisions.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate talent and guide candidates through the recruiting process while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Experience contributing to or leading initiatives that improve recruiting processes, efficiency, or outcomes.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing advanced Boolean search strings to identify and engage passive talent pools.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workday Recruiting to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and event platforms such as Yello to support sourcing and recruiting initiatives.
  • Ability to leverage recruiting data to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs across a variety of roles and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and requisition closure within defined service-level agreements.
  • Lead and support recruiting programs, projects, and initiatives that improve hiring processes, candidate experience, and overall talent outcomes.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned to current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Use market research, sourcing strategies, and outreach messaging to engage passive candidates and strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and effective process management.
  • Advise hiring managers and interview teams on recruiting best practices, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and talent strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive enterprise talent initiatives and improve recruiting outcomes across the organization.
  • Participate in conferences, career fairs, and university events.
  • Partner with recruitment programs on event strategy and execution.
  • Ensure inclusive candidate slates by embedding inclusive recruiting practices into every search.

TransUnion beats Q4 revenue estimates by 3.3% as data services sector shows strength

TransUnion reported fourth-quarter revenues of $1.17 billion, up 13% year on year and exceeding analysts' expectations by 3.3%. The credit bureau beat revenue estimates but missed full-year earnings per share guidance. The data and business process services sector showed strong fourth-quarter performance overall, with the 10 tracked stocks beating consensus revenue estimates by 2.9% on average. However, next quarter's revenue guidance came in 0.5% below expectations. Despite solid quarterly results, sector stocks have declined 4.9% on average since reporting earnings. TransUnion shares remained flat following its announcement and currently trade at $71.09. Chief executive Chris Cartwright said the company "finished the year strongly with results that again exceeded financial guidance.
