Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customer segment
  • Shape a data-driven opinion for how to segment and differentiate our communication
  • Launch digital communication programs from Gainsight
  • Build out webinar series plans
  • Evaluate collateral gaps and create a plan to fill them
  • Stay on top of evolving service offerings for high-touch clients
  • Design program business intelligence capabilities
  • Design systems to proactively identify bugs in lifecycle communications
  • Build strong working relationships with Customer Marketing and Product teams
  • Keep the Sales team informed about substantial changes to programs
  • Work with the Data Science team as needed
  • Offer visibility into scalable approaches for high-touch segment leaders
