Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 1 to 3 years of SDR, BDR or Tech Sales experience (affinity with social, value, and/or consultative selling).
  • Able to work hybrid (3 days at our great office in Dallas, TX).
  • Knowledge, interest/experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Product comprehension: you are capable of quickly learning the ins & outs of our software.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a first point of contact for inbound/outbound leads.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Interact with prospects and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Effectively handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence.
  • Enrich database with key contacts and research new target accounts.
  • Become a trusted and credible e-commerce resource in the Microsoft & SAP community.
  • Engage with the market, position our solution, understand pains and needs, and above all add value to every conversation you have.
  • Leverage the Sana Commerce value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Develop your selling skills and technical expertise in B2B ecommerce.
Desired Qualifications
  • Sales training, prospecting, outreach sales platform, 6Sense and CRM experience is a plus.
