We are looking for a talented Senior Program Manager to lead and manage critical initiatives in support of the DX Marketing Content Labs and drive key end-to-end business operations. Collaboration, cultivating strong partnership between teams and key stakeholders, and championing operational efficiency are key to the success of this role. You will have a deep understanding of operational business needs to drive cross-functional alignment and delivery of product roadmap. You will craft, deploy, and own processes and practices for efficient engagement and progress transparency and act as an information hub for all team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, build roadmaps, and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives; driving consensus on priorities.
Partner with the Integrated PMO Office and Content Labs leaders to align initiatives with corporate strategy, manage budgets effectively, and ensure operational efficiency.
Own success criteria development and management by defining and tracking success metrics for team performance (e.g., efficiency, delivery timelines, quality) and aligning to business outcomes (e.g., cost saving, customer impact).
Create and drive comprehensive recurring reports and dashboards for senior leadership, offering actionable insights into project progress, strategic alignment, and financial performance.
Drive India Labs content queue and ensure accurate status reporting and completion deadlines, working in close collaboration with Americas and India Content Labs leaders
Spearhead special initiativessuch as AI/LLM, Global Translations, improve processes to support Content Labs priorities and drive collaboration, communication, and engagement throughout the team.
What you’ll need to succeed:
10+ years experience in program management roles, including cross-functional team collaboration, and a background in a large tech company
Experience designing processes, driving adoption and leading organizational change
PMP or similar certification preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving solving and critical thinking skills with bias toward customer-anddatafirst decisionmaking approach
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way with shown capabilities of engaging with people at all levels of the organization
History of being a self-starter, resourceful, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing objectives
Proficiency in Wiki, SharePoint, Workfront, and MS Office tools preferred
Ability to work in person 2-3 days a week out of the Adobe San Jose Headquarters
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
