  • 7+ years of increasing responsibility in Revenue Operations, in a high growth SaaS company
  • Proficient with Salesforce at an administrative level
  • Proficient with Hubspot, ZoomInfo
  • Enthusiastic, results-oriented, and creative individual with solid organizational, project management, and collaborative skills
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning for self-improvement and awareness of retail industry trends
Responsibilities
  • Create, streamline, and manage scalable processes related to sales and revenue operations to support a predictable growth model, including cross functional strategies between Sales & Customer success to drive upsell / cross sell opportunities
  • Oversee Revenue team KPI tracking and trend analysis, while providing insights, recommendations, and process improvements to achieve higher team metrics
  • Drive special projects related to pricing, discount thresholds, whitespace analysis
  • Identify new verticals and target customers based on continued product enhancements and industry movement
  • Oversee Sales team responsibilities for lead generation, including building a go-to-market plan for a new business development team, launch the BDR role, and manage the BDR team long-term, and collaboration with the Marketing team on campaigns, targeting, and MQL conversions
  • Manage our Salesforce CRM tool and related integration with Monday.com to drive salesperson metrics and assist in targeting high value prospects
  • Become an industry expert to help create specific presentations, case studies, and ROI models
