  • Be the Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration expert and monitor sync stability for customers and partners
  • Share knowledge by documenting and training cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting in Windows is a plus
  • Experience with troubleshooting software and web / software development: Python, SQL and Docker is a plus
  • Familiarity with debugging browser issues using developer tools / javascript console is a plus
