  • Hold a valid Transport Canada M1 or M2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence and Bell 212/412 Aircraft Certification Authority authorization.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a Reliability Status security clearance.
  • Be authorized to work in Canada.
  • Have organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate customer orientation and teamwork.
  • Demonstrate communication skills, a positive attitude, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
  • Perform aircraft maintenance.
  • Coordinate and manage all aircraft and base maintenance activities with the base manager to ensure maintenance is performed efficiently.
  • Develop work schedules for maintenance personnel as needed to support aircraft flight operations as efficiently as possible.
  • Ensure base maintenance activities are performed according to the duties and responsibilities described in the company's maintenance control and policy manual.
  • Ensure the base maintenance facilities are kept clean and organized.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least three years of experience on Bell 212/412 aircraft.
