- Capacity for adaptation, listening, and teamwork.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Assess users' psychosocial needs in mental health.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans.
- Provide psychosocial support to individuals, families, or groups.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, physicians, and social workers.
- Contribute to users' prevention, stabilization, and social reintegration.
- OCCI training is an asset.
- Experience in mental health intervention or helping relationships is an asset.
