- A current Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse license in good standing is required.
- Working knowledge of Medicare Home Health regulations and Patient-Driven Groupings Model requirements is required.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced office environment is required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Perform quality assurance review of home health clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Assist with Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.
- Track and manage fall reports, infection reports, and other quality initiatives.
- Order and maintain clinical supplies for field staff.
- Provide administrative and clinical support to Registered Nurse Case Managers and the clinical team.
- Ensure documentation meets Medicare and agency standards, including Patient-Driven Groupings Model requirements.
- Collaborate with clinicians and office staff to support efficient daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Home Health office.
- Home Health experience is preferred.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase electronic medical records is a plus.
