Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the development of core staking products and savings accounts within the Credit Savings (CS3) banking team.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to build innovative staking and savings solutions that allow users to park and grow their crypto holdings.
  • Collaborate across functions to bring products from concept to launch.
  • Define key metrics and track performance, continuously iterating on the product to meet user needs.
  • Participate in weekly live check-ins with leadership to provide updates and align on priorities.
  • Develop and execute the foundations of our staking product strategy, focusing on customer value and product scalability.
  • Balance the goals of the banking team with broader company objectives, ensuring the successful integration of spend and save features.
