TL;dr:

We have 17 open engineering and product management roles with an industry leader in crypto with 3 billion in revenue. The team is 30 people strong with a true remote first culture. You must be product minded and sweat the small stuff when it comes to user experience. If you have a high degree of ownership as an engineer you’ll be a good fit. If you have experience with growth, memberships, subscriptions (eg. doordash, instacart) that is a huge bonus. We’ll want to know more about your super power as an engineer. What are you best at? The team is looking for engineers that aren’t just going to pass the tech interviews, but will actually help the team level up as a whole.

Experience: 3-6 years of experience. You’ll be working on the crypto staking product on the banking team.

Location: Fully remote. US or Canada.

Compensation:

United States: $215-240k total compensation (this includes RSU’s that vest quarterly. performance bonuses can increase the total comp further. see the loom for more info)

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own and drive the development of core staking products and savings accounts within the Credit Savings (CS3) banking team.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to build innovative staking and savings solutions that allow users to park and grow their crypto holdings.

• Collaborate across functions to bring products from concept to launch.

• Define key metrics and track performance, continuously iterating on the product to meet user needs.

• Participate in weekly live check-ins with leadership to provide updates and align on priorities.

• Develop and execute the foundations of our staking product strategy, focusing on customer value and product scalability.

• Balance the goals of the banking team with broader company objectives, ensuring the successful integration of spend and save features.

What We Look for in You:

• 3 - 6 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, crypto, or banking.

• Experience with or a deep interest in staking products, savings accounts, or other decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams to deliver high-impact results.

• A user-centric mindset, with the ability to understand different user needs and personas.

• Entrepreneurial approach with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to complex domains, particularly in the crypto space.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working with financial or banking products, especially those related to savings, staking, or decentralized finance.

• Familiarity with crypto savings products and an understanding of how they can be applied in real-world scenarios.

• Strong understanding of how to develop secure and scalable products in the blockchain space.
