Maintenance Specialist
Full Time - Union Position

We're looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Specialist with experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in maintaining high-quality equipment and facilities, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance, diagnosis, repair mechanical and electrical issues, and complete a variety of maintenance projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that values safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Position Duties:
- Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair.
- Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed.
- Respond to emergencies at assigned complexes as required.
- Operate low pressure boilers.
Qualifications:
- EPA certification, preferred
- Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment.
- Valid driver's license.

Compensation: $24.96/hr
