We are looking for someone who has worked in the mar-tech ecosystem or subscription-based companies and can bring that expertise to Ordergroove’s client base.

We are looking for an Accountant with strong accounting knowledge, attention to details, and time management skills to perform the daily Accounting functions. The Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager, and will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable including new vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment runs
• Accounts Receivable including new customer onboarding, timely billings, and collections
• Bank accounts and Credit cards Reconciliations including researching supporting documentations.
• Month-end journal entries and the related Account analyses including Prepaid Expenses, Fixed Assets
• Assist with the annual financial audit
• Ad-hoc projects as necessary

Requirements:

• BA in Accounting or Finance
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Highly Detail-oriented
• Strong Excel skills

The salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $70,000.
