Responsibilities
  • Own and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Maintain and enhance marketing databases, ensuring data hygiene and segmentation accuracy
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to optimize MQL routing, lead scoring, and follow-up processes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to measure marketing performance, pipeline impact, and campaign ROI
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Report regularly on the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Design, document, and implement scalable processes to improve marketing efficiency
  • Work closely with demand generation, content, and digital marketing teams to streamline workflows and campaign execution
  • Support campaign planning with audience segmentation, performance insights, and attribution modeling
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership to forecast and report marketing contributions to revenue
  • Act as the key operational liaison between marketing and other departments to drive results

  • Familiarity with lead scoring models and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
  • Advanced certifications in Salesforce or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
