Responsibilities
  • Sales / Business Development: Have a database of potential local customers.
  • Sales / Business Development: Build relationships with the local manufacturers and distributors.
  • Sales / Business Development: Have a business development background and the ability to on-board new business.
  • Sales / Business Development: Able to grow your business year over year.
  • Sales / Business Development: Knowledge of the local chamber of commerce and business associations.

  • Operations: Lead, coach, and manage PM team and technicians.
  • Operations: Manage warehouse inventory, tools, and fleet vehicles.
  • Operations: Assist in hiring process of field and office resources.

  • Operations: Oversee process of time-sheets and expense report submittals and approvals.

  • Operations: P&L Responsibilities including monthly forecasting and explanation of financials in monthly meeting, meeting profit quotas, and assisting in accounts receivable collection duties as needed.
