  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak shopping times; reliable and prompt attendance is necessary.
  • Ability to work in and be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties including Drive-Up and carryout.
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready sales floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable about assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
  • Use store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership and use that information to solve and support guest needs.
  • Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
  • Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
  • Maintain product availability and a full sales floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
  • Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
  • Remerchandise presentations as products sell through, using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
  • Support price-change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, including signing execution.
  • Maintain and use fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
  • Support fulfillment and guest needs by returning merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service to the sales floor throughout the day.
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Work safely, comply with safety policies, practices, and training, and report and correct hazards where possible.
  • Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with federal, state, and local adult-beverage laws.
  • Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
  • Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs.
  • Thank guests and let them know Target is happy they chose to shop there.
  • Perform other duties based on business needs.
