Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Responsibilities
  • Consolidate monthly financial results for executive leaders
  • Prepare monthly financial presentations
  • Prepare quarterly presentations to be presented to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams in Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Corporate, Compensation, External Reporting, IR, and the COEs
  • Prepare the quarterly MIP accrual and forecast for the remaining periods of the fiscal year
  • Assist with the yearly budget and SFP processes
  • Pull, organize, and present Corporate Unallocated data from SAP
  • Assist in the Investment Spend process with project leaders and present the data monthly to executive leaders
  • Assist in creating a Non-GAAP to GAAP walk of our financials to be presented quarterly
  • Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently
  • Work on Ad hoc requests and initiatives as required
  • Support continuous improvement of new processes and work with key stakeholders to execute and maintain them
  • Proficiency in ANAPLAN, HFM, and SAP
