Requirements
  • University degree, or equivalent experience with an emphasis in business, finance, data science, statistics, management, information systems, or related field;
  • Strong SQL and data cleansing skills [5+ years];
  • Strong PPT/Excel skills;
  • Strong aptitude using BI tools [5+ years];
  • Experience working directly with executives;
  • Experience managing post-sales metrics such as Retention, NRR, etc.;
  • Familiarity with formulation and implementation of operational processes;
  • Experience leading a team of analytics/operations professionals;
  • Project management experience;
  • Experience working in SaaS and a solid understanding of the SaaS business model;
  • Experience with data science tools and methodologies [e.g. Python/R, regression, predictive modeling, etc.];
  • Experience building and maintaining predictive models;
  • Understanding of all major areas of the business and how they inter-relate [Finance, HR, product, sales, marketing, etc.]
Responsibilities
  • Own & execute on all aspects of CS data & operations [Data engineering, data pipeline, data strategy, ETL, visualization, interpretation, recommendations, project management, resource allocation/prioritization, etc.];
  • Manage forecasting for customer retention and growth [Managing forecasting with/for various executive leaders across the org];
  • Own & manage internally built CS apps and CS utilized systems [Asana, Salesforce, etc.];
  • Support cross-functional analytics requests as needed;
  • Lead and manage a team of ops and analytics professionals;
  • Utilize a consultative approach with various business groups to gather requirements and fulfill requests.
