Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized care to residents during shift hours, including assistance with daily activities and personal needs

- Monitor residents’ health and well-being throughout the shift, reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff

- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders as needed

- Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members

- Support residents in maintaining their dignity and independence

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in senior care, healthcare, or related field preferred

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends or 3p -11p shift

- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in caregiving or related training is a plus
