Reporting to the lead of the Strategic Alliances team, the Director, Strategic Alliances will own a defined geography to build relationships with benefits consultants and support our mission and the rapid growth of Spring Health. 

What you’ll be doing: (Key Responsibilities)

• Build relationships with benefits consultants in your territory and national contacts, identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase brand awareness of Spring Health
• Work closely with product marketing and demand generation teams to create unique and compelling sales tools and campaigns, including market-facing presentations to educate consultants in your territory, contributing to opportunity generation and closing deals
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Channel Partnerships and other teams to build strategic plans and support their prospecting efforts leveraging your consultant relationships
• Support Customer Success teams with strategic planning, renewal conversations and ad-hoc requests leveraging your consulting relationships
• Stay abreast of Spring Health’s product, value proposition and roadmap, identify effective ways to educate consultants on this information beyond traditional means
• Synthesize and summarize competitive intel, industry data and market feedback from consultants into actionable insights for internal teams and leadership
• Serve as a feedback loop to Spring Health teams such as marketing, product, enablement, etc. and connect with those internal resources to answer questions coming from consultant community
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the Strategic Alliances team to generate creative new ideas, share best practices and increase efficiency of the team

What we expect from you: (Qualification ex. education, experience, etc.) 

• You have 10-15+ years of experience as a benefits consultant or in the healthcare space in a role that works closely with benefits consultants
• You are energized by meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships
• You have strong communication skills and are intellectually curious
• You are able to ruthlessly prioritize and work in a rapidly changing environment
• You are a top performer, yet a collaborative and cross-functional player who thrives in a culture of collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneurship, with tremendous drive, intelligence, and judgment
• You are a self-starter who thrives when given autonomy, with proven ability and desire to build effective internal/external relationships
• You have an authentic passion for eliminating barriers to mental healthcare

The target salary range for this position is $125,100 - $154,550, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
