Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, HR Technology, or a related field is required.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in learning and development, learning operations, learning analytics, or platform management is required.
  • Hands-on experience managing Workday Learning, including configuration, catalogue management, and reporting, is required.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning analytics frameworks with measurable business impact is required.
  • Experience managing case or request management processes with defined service-level agreements in a complex, matrixed organisation is required.
  • Strong data literacy and experience working with dashboards, Microsoft Excel, or Power BI and presenting insights to senior audiences are required.
  • Experience with learning Net Promoter Score or equivalent learner satisfaction measurement methodologies is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and dashboard creation is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated critical thinking are required.
  • Strong presentation abilities and experience communicating insights to senior leaders are required.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into analytical solutions are required.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end learning analytics framework and define key performance indicators connecting talent and learning investment to business outcomes.
  • Design and maintain dashboards using Workday, Power BI, or equivalent tools to track completion rates, learner engagement, time-to-competency, and skills gap closure.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly learning metrics reports for senior stakeholders and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on drop-off rates, low engagement, and underperforming programmes, and present data-backed improvement plans.
  • Establish and maintain a learning analytics governance model that ensures data integrity, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation.
  • Define, monitor, and continuously improve case fulfilment service-level agreements.
  • Build and manage standardised operating procedures for learning operations across geographies.
  • Lead a team of Talent and Learning specialists, allocate workloads, manage escalations, and develop team capability.
  • Partner with Talent and Learning programme managers and stakeholders to anticipate demand cycles and align operational capacity.
  • Serve as the functional owner of Workday Talent and Learning, governing configuration, content architecture, learner journeys, and system health.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Information Systems and Human Resources Technology teams on system enhancements, releases, and integrations, including Skills Cloud, TechWolf, and Skillsoft Percipio.
  • Drive platform adoption through targeted change management campaigns, user enablement, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor platform performance metrics such as login rates, course completion, and mobile usage, and implement interventions to close gaps.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements for integrated content providers and learning-management-system-adjacent tools.
  • Design and operationalise the Learning Net Promoter Score measurement framework across all delivery modalities.
  • Analyse Net Promoter Score trends, verbatim feedback, and satisfaction data to identify systemic quality issues and prioritise improvements.
  • Embed learner feedback loops at every stage of the learning lifecycle.
  • Benchmark learning Net Promoter Score internally and against external industry standards, and set targets aligned with function key performance indicators.
  • Act as the Talent and Learning point of contact for the HRS team and represent learning requirements in system roadmap discussions.
  • Translate business and learning needs into functional specifications for Human Resources Technology projects.
  • Support implementation and user acceptance testing of new learning technology features, integrations, and releases.
  • Improve data interoperability between Workday Learning and adjacent systems, including performance management, skills platforms, and employee listening tools.
  • Monitor emerging learning technology trends such as artificial-intelligence-powered learning, adaptive pathways, and xAPI/LRS, and bring relevant innovations to the function.
  • Build relationships with Human Resources Business Partners, Centres of Excellence leads, and other stakeholders to understand learning needs and communicate fulfilment status.
  • Represent learning operations in Human Resources governance forums and provide regular performance updates and exception reporting.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using analytics, Net Promoter Score, and service-level-agreement performance data.
  • Manage the learning operations budget where applicable, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality or learner experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Human Resources technology integration projects involving Workday, TechWolf, Skillsoft, or similar platforms.
  • Workday Learning certification or an equivalent learning management system administration qualification.
  • Familiarity with skills-based organisation design and skills taxonomy frameworks.
  • Exposure to xAPI/LRS architecture and modern learning measurement standards.
  • Experience in a global or multi-regional learning and development function spanning multiple countries.
  • Change management experience.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence applications in Human Resources, including Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Signify repurchases 127K shares for $2.8M in share buyback programme

Signify, the world leader in lighting, repurchased 126,776 shares between 23 and 27 February 2026 at an average price of €20.11 per share, totalling €2.5 million. The buyback forms part of a programme announced on 13 February 2026. The company will use the shares to cover obligations from its long-term incentive performance share plan and other employee share schemes. To date, Signify has repurchased 266,276 shares under this programme for a total consideration of €5.3 million. Signify, listed on Euronext as LIGHT, reported sales of €5.8 billion in 2025 and employs approximately 27,000 people across over 70 markets.
