Requirements
  • At least 3 years of marketing operations experience in a high-growth B2B software-as-a-service company.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and cross-system processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, including building workflows, enrichment pipelines, and prompt-based automations.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tooling and prompt engineering, with the ability to experiment with new tools and workflows to drive efficiency.
  • Ability to build and execute campaigns end-to-end, including A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Ability to maintain clean lead processes and data hygiene across marketing and CRM systems.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle and funnel metrics.
  • Strong understanding of attribution and UTM strategy.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and lifecycle program design.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing requests.
Responsibilities
  • Execute within the go-to-market technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent, Gong, Spekit, Clay, and other artificial intelligence tools.
  • Execute the day-to-day operations of marketing programs, including list pulls, segmentation, audience building, campaign setup, quality assurance, deployment, A/B testing, multivariate experiments, HubSpot workflows, lifecycle programs, nurture sequences, scoring models, marketing-qualified lead criteria, lead management processes, and webinar and event support.
  • Manage UTM taxonomy, attribution tracking, and campaign performance visibility.
  • Build and optimize account-based marketing programs in HubSpot, including in-market account identification, segmentation frameworks, and targeted outreach across personas and industries.
  • Use Clay and artificial intelligence tooling to build scalable automated data workflows, enrichment pipelines, and prompt-driven outreach programs in collaboration with the go-to-market team.
  • Maintain HubSpot database cleanliness and health.
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards in HubSpot covering campaign results, lead volume, top-of-funnel conversions, and channel attribution.
  • Ensure data consistency across marketing and customer relationship management platforms, flag issues, and partner with revenue operations to resolve them.
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support go-to-market leadership's business questions, focusing on marketing-owned metrics.
  • Maintain and enforce data governance standards in day-to-day execution.
  • Manage deduplication and enrichment workflows.
  • Drive adoption through end-user training on processes and reporting, often aligning with Sales Enablement.
  • Support the rollout of new workflows and tools in partnership with go-to-market systems.
  • Provide input to the go-to-market systems team, surface issues, and operationalize changes and enhancements to system architecture.
