Requirements
  • A passion for retail excellence and for the Nike brand
  • Experience in Visual Merchandising with a strong focus on retail and digital marketing
  • Prior experience in Retail and/or Styling
  • A demonstrable understanding of the Paris consumer, the city and Nike’s position within it, with a track record of making strategic marketing decisions within this environment
  • A desire & willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumers’ and organisation’s needs to deepen our relationships with members
  • Interpersonal skills to help cultivate relationships and work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in French and English
Responsibilities
  • Executing seasonal and daily VM & Styling ethos and approach across the Nike Sport Marketplace in France to drive inspiration whilst serving the business
  • Obsessing the consumer & member journey through store and making sure our Nike Fleets inspire the Paris consumer in a meaningful way
  • Partnering with and educating our store based VMS teams to be able to drive the best store experience every day and maintain our standards.
