Responsibilities
  • Global Benefits Administration (US & India)
  • Design and set up benefit programs in coordination with the benefits broker and benefit providers to follow our People, Not Employees philosophy (US & India)
  • Manage annual enrollment process and benefits education for new hires, open enrollment and ongoing educational sessions
  • Develop programs around health and financial wellness
  • Coordinate leave of absence and process claims or requests (medical leave, ADA, worker's compensation etc.)
  • Administer 401k program to include working with 401k admin, audits, education and administration
  • Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums
  • Complete regular enrollment and invoice audits
  • Partner with payroll to ensure leave payments and premiums are correct
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • A degree in business administration, finance, or human resources preferred
  • 3+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Knowledge of ADP & Workday
  • Proficiency in benefit plan design and implementation
  • RFP experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite programs
