Responsibilities
- Global Benefits Administration (US & India)
- Design and set up benefit programs in coordination with the benefits broker and benefit providers to follow our People, Not Employees philosophy (US & India)
- Manage annual enrollment process and benefits education for new hires, open enrollment and ongoing educational sessions
- Develop programs around health and financial wellness
- Coordinate leave of absence and process claims or requests (medical leave, ADA, worker's compensation etc.)
- Administer 401k program to include working with 401k admin, audits, education and administration
- Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums
- Complete regular enrollment and invoice audits
- Partner with payroll to ensure leave payments and premiums are correct
- High school diploma/GED required
- A degree in business administration, finance, or human resources preferred
- 3+ years of benefits administration experience
- Knowledge of ADP & Workday
- Proficiency in benefit plan design and implementation
- RFP experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite programs
