  • Guide and inspire a small team of Senior Product Managers
  • Define, articulate, and execute a forward-looking portfolio strategy
  • Partner closely with leadership to set direction and own team-level OKRs
  • Collaborate deeply with Engineering, UX Design, Operations, and client-facing teams
  • Track user and product analytics and measure release impact
  • Lead, plan, and support new product launches and enhancements
