- Oversee the daily returns of customer personal computers.
- Diagnose desktop and laptop computers and restore them to original equipment manufacturer specifications.
- Monitor daily reports and ensure inventory is updated correctly.
- Oversee and process daily deliveries and shipments using shipping software and inventory-based programs.
- Receive and scan new inventory, inspect it, and store it according to policy.
- Prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Schedule the transfer of materials between departments.
- Conduct inventory counts, compare results to computerized inventory, and reconcile differences.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures that increase warehouse efficiency.
- Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.
- Resolve routine equipment issues.
- Provide backup for deliveries when necessary.
